Imphal to have film festival The Action for Social Advancement (ASA), Manipur, will be organising the first ever Imphal International Short Film Festival (IISFF)-2012 in partnership with Legend Studio, Manipur, from April 15 to 18 at Imphal. The event will screen over 30 short films from within and outside India under the theme ‘Explore, Enjoy and Share’.
