HC clears decks for release of Agent Vinod
Clearing the decks for release of Saif Ali Khan's spy thriller Agent Vinod on Friday, the Bombay High Court on Thursday refused to stay its screening over alleged copyright violations.Iranian music band Barobax Corp had filed a suit in the High Court alleging infringement of their copyright over the prelude used in the catchy Pungi Baja de track from the film being co-produced by Khan.The petitioner claimed the initial portion of the track was "lifted without any change" from the title song
