Rapper Jay-Z is eager for wife Beyonce Knowles to get back to work after giving birth to their daughter, and has already started working on a comeback tour for her.The 42-year-old has approached Live Nation for a $150 million deal for Beyonce for a world tour."Just weeks after the birth of Blue Ivy, Jay-Z met with Live Nation to discuss a tour for Beyonce.
