HC issues notices to two respondents on John Abraham's appeal
The Bombay High Court on Wednesday issued notices to two respondents in the 2006 rash and negligent driving case involving actor John Abraham who was earlier handed out a 15-day imprisonment by a sessions court in this regard.Notices were issued to Tanmay Majhi and legal representatives of Shyam Kasbe, informing them about the appeal filed by the actor challenging the jail term.John had moved sessions court against the October 2006 order of the metropolitan magistrate convicting him for rash
