Karisma Kapoor was the centre of attraction as the first look of her comeback film Dangerous Ishq 3D was unveiled. Karisma was looking stunning in black as she greeted her cast members and the audience gathered. Vikram Bhatt too seemed thrilled about his ambitious project.
